Our organization supports the Citizen’s Advisory Committee on Health and Human Services and Birth to 22 Alliance’s effort to increase economic mobility and reduce the child poverty in Palm Beach County through the Securing Our Future Initiative.

In addition, we agree to:

Allow a liaison to participate in quarterly discussions oriented towards aligning local policies and institutional practices to improve effectiveness of services provided
Work with Community Services and partnering agencies to ensure families gain access to services we provide if eligible
Share information about this collective effort to interested individuals or entities
Share any information or resources that you are aware of that would assist families in increasing their household income (i.e. job openings, relevant services etc.)
Send a high resolution logo to be represented as a community partner
