Community cats are unowned free roaming cats that are cared for by local residents. By submitting this form you will be placed on our wait-list for a Community Cat spay/neuter surgery appointment.

You will be contacted when an appointment is available. Wait times may vary.

Have Trap**?  
Need to Rent Trap?  
(Trap Rental fee is 75.00 and is refundable once the trap is returned in working condition)

** Community Cats need to be at least four months of age. Community Cats must be brought in a Trap, you cannot bring them in a box, crate or carrier, (No Exceptions). We will only take them in a Have a Heart Trap. Please check if you have a trap or will need to rent a trap.  Trap Rental fee is 75.00 and is refundable once the trap is returned in working condition. If you need to rent a trap your wait time may be longer depending the availability of traps we have to rent. We rent out two traps per trapper. Community Cats need to be at least four months of age.
 
A Spay Shuttle Representative will call you back during regular business hours to schedule an appointment for your community cat. If the representative is unable to make contact, you may call back during working hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday. **Phone calls are not answered or returned on weekend days, (Saturday or Sunday). Or, if the representative is unable to make contact with you, two more attempts will be made to call you, if contact is still not made your name will be removed from the wait list. Community Cat Package Includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, microchip, annual vaccines, and one dose of protection against fleas and ticks. All community cats will receive a left ear tip.
